This land with consistent hard work has blossomed into a prospective and promising green land .

2. THREE PONDS to store rainwater.
3. A BORE WELL which yields water at 800 ft very frugally
4. 3 ACRES of cultivable land.
5. A NAKSATHRA VAN & RASI VAN & A PANCHAVADI for worship
6. DRIP IRRIGATION SYSTEM
7. NEARLY 1000 FOREST, HERBAL & FRUIT trees planted.
8. A ONE AND HALF KM road made for walking/cycling/motorable
The vision of this PARVATHI FARMS is to showcase how a dry land can be converted to a green verdant area and to show the role of Desi cow in sustainable maintenance of farm and environment.
This kind of vision requires funding and public participation to make it a success.
The further vision is to make it open to public and school children for EDUCATION & ENVIRONMENTAL TOURISM.
BUDGET-
One lakh Rs a month is spent on monthly maintenance,
This includes labour charges
Fodder and chara for the cows
Electricity and other sundry charges.
Further for infrastructural development like making roads, digging ponds , laying drip irrigation lines, planting trees, dwelling for workers a constant outflow of funds is incurred.
Any help from public for this sacred mission of growing divine plants,taking care of gomatha will go a long way in inviting people and children to see the land and make it a educational showcase for children and public.
